Shipping and Return Policies

Your satisfaction is our success. Everything that we sell is handcrafted right here at The Hammock Hut Utilizing the finest quality materials and craftsmanship. We Manufacture and directly distribute high-quality products. We are always here to guide you with the decision-making process. We'll always be happy to help you with further information so that you can make and informed decision and to pick out a product that is perfect for you or for somebody that you love. 


All orders are shipped via UPS. Because of our Rural location, all orders need to be transported to a neighboring town for shipment. Unless Alternate arrangements have been made, We ship Weekly, generally every Wednesday. If you provide your e-mail address when you place your order, you will automatically be provided with a UPS tracking number as soon as your package enters the UPS system. Please contact Shawn at 715-347-7467 if you would benefit from alternate shipping arrangements.

Shipping costs are generally $15. Depending upon the order size and quantity, Shipping costs could be $20, but will never exceed $25 even in the case of very large orders. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout. 


We will gladly exchange your purchase for any reason.

We do not offer refunds.

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Gift Cards are non-refundable

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, or an order number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email  or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return and we will gladly help you to use your credit toward the purchase of something that makes you feel happy. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We highly recommend utilizing the services of UPS as we have had nothing but positive experiences with them over the years.
